COACHMAN:
A Coachman caravan gives you the choice of going wherever you want to, in whatever style you want to go in.
With more new derivatives added to our already comprehensive range, there's now a Coachman caravan to suit every preference and every budget. For 2008 we've developed new layouts in our leading Laser, prestigious Pastiche and our very special VIP ranges as well as making improvements to all existing models including the ever popular Amara range.
These improvements range from the practical – such as 20% thicker aluminium for greater impact resistance – to the more luxurious: like entertainment systems with ipod/MP3 connection and new soft close flyscreens and blinds. You'll also find new smaller mains lights, a new exterior TV socket, new battery box and door, and a new exterior satellite TV input socket, on all models.
With so many new features packed into every model as standard, you'll want to keep your Coachman caravan safe and secure. So the VIP and Laser ranges now have the additional security of a satellite tracking system, and all models have the facility for you to fit the new Al-ko Traction Control System.
The Amara is the choice of more caravan buyers than any other Coachman model, for many reasons – not least its excellent value for money. Now for 2008 we're making it an even better investment for the family caravanner. Because families need to be entertained, we've fitted the status 530 directional TV aerial – normally found only on far more expensive models – and a new Sony CD/MP3 player.
Because families need to be fed, we've incorporated a cupboard designed to take a microwave oven, and a new fridge. And because of the increasing use of electrical equipment we've upgraded the Amara to a new electronic switch mode power supply, which is capable of providing 20 amps continuously at 13.8 volts, and also works as a highly efficient battery charger when the battery is in the circuit.
Every year, the Amara proves to be our most popular caravan. But even so, every year we improve it even further, with the little refinements that help to make a great caravan even better. This year is no exception, and the curtain and upholstery fabrics are not the only attractive finishing touches to the interior.| Berths | 5 |
