Terms and Conditions
General
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with the JR Leisure Group. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Orders
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), post, fax or through any of our stores. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

HM Forces BFPO Orders
We are not currently able to accept online orders for HM forces BFPO delivery, however we are pleased to accept telephone orders through any of our branches. Please call 0116 255 1595. Mon - Sat 9am - 5.30pm. Sun - 10am - 4pm. Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at our normal rates and are sent via the Forces internal mail service at Mill Hill. Individual members of HM Forces serving in EU countries (excluding The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland ) will be charged VAT on any order unless: goods are for the personal use of the individual or their dependents, or for individual use on official duties and goods are delivered to an EU country. Every order must be accompanied by a declaration that the individual is a member of HM Forces serving within the EU and that the above conditions apply.
The web price includes VAT at 17.5%. To calculate the tax free value of the goods divide the price shown by 1.175. We also give a discount to Forces personnel, please contact 0116 255 1595 for further details.
Delivery
Key delivery points are below -
- A order of 1 Parcel weighing up to 20kg Standard Delivery is just £7.50
- A order of 1 Parcel weighing between 21kg and 30kg Standard Delivery is £10.00
- A order of 1 Parcel weighing over 30kg Standard Delivery is £25.00
- A order of 2 Parcels weighing between 21kg and 60kg Standard Delivery is £20.00
- Please note we only dispatch to the UK.
- Islands, the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland attract a higher charge for delivery from our carrier.
- Delivery to these postcodes* attract an additional surcharge. The surcharge will be dependent on destination. Please contact 0116 255 1595 for further details. If once we have processed the order the total parcel weight is below 2kg we will usually waive this charge.
All deliveries will need to be signed for.
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be canceled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

The following items do not qualify for the standard delivery terms as detailed above-
- COLLECTION ONLY where certain products are available for collection only and from specified branches.
- FREE DELIVERY will be clearly marked on certain products and during certain promotional campaigns.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from JR Leisure and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note and return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 28 days. We will then exchange or refund the cost of the item(s). All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item because you feel it is faulty, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note giving details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise accordingly.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of JR Leisure until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
